Managing Evolution Anywhere Servers and Client Connections
Introduction
This guide provides detailed steps on how to manage Evolution Anywhere servers and client connections through your reseller account. Follow these instructions to effectively monitor and control your server and client connections.
Accessing the Evolution Anywhere Website
To start, go to www.evolutionanywhere.com.
Step 1: Logging into Your Reseller Account
Click on the “Accounts” section.
Log into your reseller account.
Step 2: Viewing Registered Servers
Once logged in, you will be directed to the accounts home page, where you will see a list of servers that have been registered to you as the Reseller.
Step 3: Managing Server and Client Connections
Locate the server you want to manage and click on the “Manage” button next to the server name.
You will now see the EA Server and all the current EA clients connected to that server.
From this screen, you can manage both the EA Server and EA Client connections.
At the top of each EA Server and EA Client connection, there is a link that will open Evolution Anywhere in a new tab on your local machine, allowing you to manage the settings for the remote PC.
Step 4: Managing EA Client Connections
Click on the EA Client link.
From here, you can manage the device/PC remotely. You can:
Stop or start existing connections.
Create a new connection or delete a connection.
If the metric on a remote device is 2, the Evolution Anywhere service on that machine is not running, and you will not be able to make any changes.
